Our services include product certification and laboratory tests, an intelligent logistics concept, a technical hotline, advance replacement of components, and a warranty that can be extended up to 5 years.

In addition to the safety of our hardware version, which provides a high image stability, our systems are available long-term. We offer technical support for servers and appliances throughout the entire product lifecycle, and even after your warranty expires.

PRODUCT CERTIFICATIONS, Labels, and type plates

We offer comprehensive product certifications – both national and international (UL, CCC, CSA, ETL…) – and individual laboratory tests

We label your products with your product name, logo and serial number and identify you or us as the manufacturer.

The type plate material we use complies with UL requirements: thus fulfils the safety requirements of DIN EN 62368.

You see: nothing stands in the way of your successful market access.

Our service partners carry out installations, roll-outs, component replacement and system replacement. Flexible service levels up to 24/7 are possible. For your national and international projects we develop tailor-made solutions for the required on-site services and their levels. Our customers in the United States benefit from a domestic maintenance center that we operate for them.

The Pyramid production and logistics centre is located in Ichtershausen near Erfurt. The central location in the heart of Europe is ideal for fast delivery of products to Germany and abroad.

The closeness to Leipzig/Halle airport with its global DHL hub ensures fast worldwide shipping. We can serve about 50 destinations in Europe, Asia and America directly from Leipzig/Halle Airport.
