Our technical customer service consists of proven in-house experts who are available to you by email and phone as well as via the Pyramid Helpdesk portal. Each ticket is processed no later than 2 hours after creation. Via the Pyramid Helpdesk portal you can quickly and easily check the processing status of your ticket at any time, change it or send a message to the responsible support colleague.

Pyramid Care Standard covers the whole lifetime,
which means that our support will help you with questions and problems even after the warranty has expired.
