The innovative combination of POLYTOUCH® hardware and our partners' software enables customers to buy voucher cards for apps, games, shopping or music as well as tickets for regional or national events - and print them out immediately.

The VR eKiosk is a digital product shelf (virtual shelf, endless aisle) that opens up completely new possibilities for the sale of non-banking products and services on site.

It is based on the POLYTOUCH CURVE 32 from Pyramid and is equipped with a camera, a scanner, a payment module, a SimCard dispenser and a ticket printer. It handles the entire purchasing process.

Our kiosk is powered by our in-house solution - the AKHET® PC-Box. Equipped with an Intel processor, continuous and long-term performance is guaranteed around the clock.

The kiosk is installed in VR branches and is accessible around the clock - this makes late-night or last-minute shopping possible and also attracts customers who do not want to do business with VR Bank, or who do not want to do business with VR Bank alone.

In 2020, the VR eKiosk was one of the winners of the Best Retail Cases Awards.
